if you read my post few pages ago last week I have already discussed pulling of the appeal by the minister on the ruling for the pre 2018 mining applications. So not sure why are we still discussing it and also it was you who have posted the link to the article about the ruling which have been stated before that it doesn’t apply to us. There is though another pending case that seeks to apply the same ruling for the 2018 charter.
about the 10% again not sure where it is coming from, as please refer to the infographics above about the structure, as the bee covers the local communities
