The 10% was 5% for host community + 5% for employees. On reading the charter now, it looks like that 10% is integrated into the overall 30% BEE shareholding. So all good on that front. But still the issue of 'once empowered, always empowered' is on the table because the recent decision doesn't relate to mining rights granted after the 2018 charter was implemented.
