They can complain about mobile fleet downtime affecting availability but the majority of time it's from lack of drivers and mismanagement of shifts funny what big data analytics can show you when you challenge the "miners". Being so close to Joburg I imagine they can drive in and get what they need from CAT in next to no time it's a huge benefit of where the mine is located which is overlooked it's right near the epicentre of suppliers for mining in Africa. Not to mention skilled workers and specialised contractors that is what will keep the costs down and production up.
