Not only are you going to get your stake in WWI diluted massively, WWI's share of the West Witts Project will most likely also take a massive hit.

• Completion of the Due Diligence process by the IDC
• Finalisation of terms and pre-conditions to enable activation of the facility including
documentation and provision of security
IDC provides funding for Orion Minerals' Okiep project (engineeringnews.co.za)
So given the terms the Texans have laid out, and the terms IDC recently secured with Orion there isn't going to be much left on the table - and that is only at 50% of the project funding requirements.
Not only are you going to get your stake in WWI diluted...
