Look I don't think it can go much lower to be honest so I don't think your services are needed it's onward and upward from here.
Also agree with Growler the way to improve life in South Africa is more revenue and jobs means less crime and bs, the laws in the constitution allow quite a reasonable state of business for a mining company no matter where you mine there's a hell of a lot of red tape to get approvals to mine. If they can't agree in parliament those laws aren't changing and you've got people like Hulme Scoles keeping them accountable.
