Or... the market thinking the DD process may be drawing to a close* and WWI has a habit of running on good news.
As I and a few others have offered, we are in that IDC DD window now.
But I guess holders would be happy to see green next to WWI; particularly those who've held for years at a higher average than the current SP
WWI valued at 1/5th of TGM on an M+I resource basis
