What do you mean a rate of 16%-19%? This cannot be borrowing rate, as that would be the most expensive loan ever and worse than loan sharks. And you are suggesting that they also get ownership? Lol x2.
If we're talking rubbish, I will say they will go a $100mil CR at 80% discount, loan at 37.3468% and they will take 120% ownership of the company...
