It was the appeal that dampen the move up yesterday even though it will not prosper as explained already be our resident mining lawyer expert.This happened few last year as well when we dropped from highs of 2.8c to 1.5c due to the appeals.
Hopefully another update from Hulme with direct quotations from the mining charter to lift the confidence.
