Yep, higher bid and WSA BOD again agrees on it & ignores AF or Mitsubishi.
All cash bid so those increased holdings were just a small flip of 14.8%
pathetic but still profitable.
AF pockets another $15M capital gain easy but NO control & that ASX action to block any private JV deal with AF still not resolved.
AF will likely give up the private deal as I called it that it would not be worth the paper it was written on.
