Too early to say for sure, but typically in t/o situation we would be trading above the ask price of $3.85 if confident of another offer and at a small discount allowing for time value of money for completion of the deal if it goes ahead without another bid.
This one is trading right on $3.85 suggests market is saying only a small chance of another bid.
So - I have to go and find another nickel "minor".
