It's a start, we really need another player in for the competitive tension otherwise we price takers (given that the directors of WSA seems keen to sell).
Question remains if Twiggy can vote.
Question remains if major shareholders will say yes with the revised bid. (I'm just a passenger).

Early trading suggests it's about on the money - but the larger players haven't shown their hand at this early stage of the revised.
