It's definitely a good move. Interesting that they have moved the CAPEX to the 2017 financial year.
Maybe they're of the opinion that nickel prices are not going to improve this financial year?
Nevertheless, they have ensured that at least for the next year they will not be under pressure should nickel prices remain at current levels or go slightly lower.
