Not sure on potential worth of these projects, a JV with a big name would be welcomed, which would give us exposure to any future upside at minimal cost.
Also to note, the last sentence in the attached photo, Mr Richie might have a few good candidates ( From his past PLS project director roll ) ready to join our team.
