Its interesting - What are your expectations are they share price alone or are they EPS by company.? Is this a long term holding or are you seeking to recover potential losses ?
The reason I put this out there is that I dont see this market as having any direction - In fact I see it revisiting the 4900 sometime into the next three months. I must say generally I am feeling much like March 2009. I have got out of what I wanted out of and have bought into what I think are long term plays and generally I dont see myself as investing more into this market.
Its almost exactly where I was in 2009 - I have no gearing nor will I take any onboard. I think property is fully valued and in Fact the only REIT I own is in retirement and has a component of frail care and not at the bottom and trades just below NAV.
I have got out of every LIC thats at a premium and have reinvested in ALF as they are now at NAV and their exposure is very marginally long about 5% - before it was net about 60% ( I think)
This in my opinion is a share that has milestones: 80c to 90c by March 2016. Maybe $1.00 sometime between 1 September 2016 and 28 February 2017.
Much of this I see independent of what the market number will be because if they hit their numbers a 12PE can be supported even in a down market IMO.
One of the mistakes people make is ( my opinion) allowing the market overall index to determine the view they have on the share.
I hope that you will become comfortable with your holding but that does require you to understand what you want out of it and what you will see as success.
I would be interested to hear what you think as i believe your input can give all of us insight as well.
