Finance will come after they tick all the boxes, likely a couple months. There could be a few partnering options and even a few options for recovering revenue already spent, which could eliminate the need for a raise altogether.

The key will be, if required, keeping the raise to an absolute minimum as it is clear that they have the ducks lined up- I see it as enough to get to early next year- maybe a mill or two

I’m sure they won’t raise more than required, as this time next year the SP will be higher, revenue will be coming in, and everyone will be singing a different tune.
