Long term its probably a good move but now they have to spend some money on exploration.
My thoughts were to let ITOCHU get 50% of ROper and they concentrate on Mountain Valley this year to proove it up
Probably long term as said its good.
I do not think ITOCHU wanted out as they wanted in to the BTV development next door
