Really strong reaction, possibly those selling are thinking the competitive landscape is alot stronger since they lost this tender? You never really know though, it couldve been anything like timing, cost etc. Considering a position, i think the american contract coming through gives alot of creedence to their tech and means its possible to replicate it on the international scale, even if theyve missed one contract here
