If they double the SOI then the share price halves ASSUMING the market cap stays the same. In theory it must!
Not saying it will in practice but look at this way. If PRM is still trading around 1.3c then presumably the new shareholders will simply sell the crap out of it given their entry price is 1c not to mention selling PRMOB which they receive for a big fat zero.
Staying on the sidelines until this is sorted.
