from what i can gather, now that funding is secured it triggers the placement for the (approx $5.5million -$7 million - 25% portion of PRM drill funding) I just cant find where it states when all these shares flood the market?
Also.. On confirmation of a discovery do people realise that Western gas have the right to add a third member to the board, thus giving western gas majority votes over GLV x 1 member and PRM x 1 member.
Anyone? or is it all white fluffy rabbits in here?
