They don't have $10mil.

GNL will pay a $200k fee in July for the Due Diligence, which will be burnt up in wages in the same time.

A $1.5mil pay day might come through if GNL & ADV can agree to all the terms....(who knows how long that might take).

Then, Trailing cash installments of $7.5mil over a period of 18months which wont even be there unless GNL agree to the purchase...

And whos to say GNL have $10mil themselves or do they need to raise it?

ADV had $3.4mil at the end of December, $1.9mil at the end of March ($1.5mil movement), its now June so lets say at best they have $1.3mil given that there was limited drilling this quarter + wages and surveys.

ADV might have just over $1mil and they want to send the rigs back to South Limb to finish drilling the dust they hit last time.

So when there finished there they will have close to no money.....unless the conduct a CR and i hope to god that its to explore Esker and nothing else but the question is, who the #$% is going to pony up the doe
