Unless they start handing out picks and shovels to the locals next week this one seems to be a long way off. And how much has to be spent to get it up and running in the first instance. Could it be just a buy and hold then offload when the money starts flowing again realising a capital gain only. Buffman seems to know what he's talking about, and that doesn't sound good.
