seems like a good deal multi mil ounce potential, advanced assets, cheap entry for WMT & will only have to pay up $5mil once production starts leacing WMT with plenty of cash, guess we need more detail on how long to production, overall happy with announcement & I dont think its the only gold play there going after if you read the following statement by WMT:

"Over the past six months, WMT has been targeting its business development efforts on acquiring an advanced gold or base metals project in Africa. WMT will now focus on evaluating the Nyanzaga Gold Project and continue building a gold portfolio"

KEY WORDS: "and continue building a gold portfolio"

More GOLD aquisitions over time imo

Surprising no move atm, good buy oppertunity for short to medium term play, WMT getting into the right sector at the right time.
