    Cap raises at lows are frequently followed by a pop…..possibly just a manufactured opportunity for the insiders to get out, but sometimes there will be something of substance that emerges at a convenient time to harness the momentum provided by a fresh bull.
    Whatever happens…..the current frustration is understandable.
