I was considering buying some on the turn of operational performance , when and if , but appreciate your words of caution . I see TT has them as a buy . On paper they look like there isn't much stopping them from making a buck although I too have some reserves about management past and future . If they've spent the CAP EX and it's the time where that starts to pay off maybe they are a buy but will need to see some indication that that is the case before I take a chance .
