I can only look through the whole presentation and not think they need Dalgaranga to really enhance their businesses profitability.
Which suddnely, is not their core focus (has not really been for many years).

This slide in particularly really sums things up....



I even wonder if they will close down Fortnum once they secure Dalgaranga Plant. As its production profiel of 60k p.a is simply too small/scale wise for a producer that hopes to hit 300k p.a. As in, they could easily secure GCYs plant, feed in the ore from Fender: Which starts later this year, a nice smooth pivot to Dalgaranga, as Truckabianna is already full... The 350k p.a at 2.8g/t would lift the plants production profiel to around 110k p.a (with the reduction if low grade ore etc)


So buy GCY, add 110k, sell Fortnum and minus 60k, end up with a production profile closer to 350k p.a.

Dalgaranga processing at 2.8mtpa.... WGX total processing capacity if 4mtpa. Not rocket science to see the efficiencies of scale benefits for WGX.
i.e 70% increase in processing capacity.
