You may be correct as I was that PTR shot up twice in the last 2 weeks upon the early drilling success and here on the mature and proven result just a yawn.
May be size of the company as $few mill of buying here does not make difference.
Or the insto has to wait for the analyst report first to authorise the buying department of the investing institution, but in small company the punter buys on the impulse.
May be the response will come with few days delay.
