Yup for sure. The board now highlighting the risk the FFR deal can't be backed out of.. bad look considering the TO panel is probably looking for a declaration of superioir proposal as other suggest. Will see holders who bought in for the WGX takeover recently take some profits today, as the ST risk is a big downside move from here all the way back to 30c if WGX falls away.. In my opinion.
