WGX (when still part of MetalsX) offloaded a lithium tenement at Mt Marion to Neometals. Agreement announced Jan 15 and concluded in Jul 15. Terms were $2 royalty plus 1.5% sales revenue which I assume NMT would pay to WGX. Is this what WGX are on selling to Ton as it is appears identical to what TON will be receiving for its shares to WGX. For clarity I'm a TON holder.
