Guess wait till Monday morning. I believe the second court hearing will get adjourned. This is because interested parties are allowed to make their point about why they are being disadvantaged with this deal being rushed through. An adjournment doesn't necessarily mean who is right or wrong, it just gives more time to go back to the Takeovers Panel to get a ruling about exit rights and fairness for GCY shareholders.
