OK, so now the GCY Board has officially determined that the WGX Proposal is superior to the FFY scheme.
IMO this now opens up the opportunity for the Takeover Panel to declare unacceptable circumstances so that the WGX (Superior) offer can proceed as originally contemplated in the SID.
I'm not a lawyer so this is just my reading of the situation.
