Well .... this is all fun and games.
I think there will be trading halts before open on Monday.
The really interesting question, that we may never know the answer to, is was the lack of a termination clause for GCY in the GCY/FFR merger, a deliberate act, or a mistake?
If it was a deliberate act, then why?
If it was a mistake, then who made it, and who is ultimately responsible?
