Not sure of the exact fit or how it would work.
But if not Solis maybe farm out to a new IPO as per BMM???.
Eventually Noombenberry will be huge, but a lot of work needs to be done, they also have Au in Aust.
Can they handle all of the work being a junior?
I'm sure holders would like to participate on a spinout or JV. as i'm sure it be a positive re price.
