The good news about this announcement is the payment structure/timetable back ends the major/material payments. One would hope that the company is well and truly into production for its Halloysite and Koaline deposits by them and these milestone payments are simply paid from cash flows rather that requiring a capital raise from shareholders.
The more deals like this the better....well done management..
