I'm not seeing anything I don't like about this result.
Among the highlights:
1. dividend back to 58 cents
2. reversal of $372 million from previous provisions
3. optimistic forward looking statements about underlying business conditions
4. clear statements on divesting.closing remaining non-core business/branches
5. measurable and significant cost savings target
