    So if i understand correctly, this is basically a form of dilution?

    i.e. Instead of paying a dividend from profits, they are issuing new shares - the money of which they receive, pays the dividend?

    So if you participate in the DRP, you receive new shares, but, the shares on issue increases - so your ownership percentage remains the same.

    If you don't participate, you receive cash, but your holdinfs are diluted by the new shares released to others?

    Sneaky.
