agree the most boring and minimal holding in my portfolio but at my entry level i'm happy with a boring 64 cents,imo anything above .60.
I do no research on banks because my understanding is the dh big 4 and dh rba have no idea of the lvr regarding their loans against real estate value security...
To clarify in other words they don't understand the value of the real estate debt relevant to their property security Australia wide.?.
I'm to scared to suggest the pay out ratio makes sense.
