NIM only turned around 0.05% in H2. Bad debts remain extremely low, is this real given the wall of fixed interest mortgages at sub 2% coming off from June next year? Not so sure.
My view was the result was fairly ordinary and perfection was already priced in. I’m going with red. However note the futures are extremely positive with global banks up a lot on Friday night. That may cushion this.
ANZ will be down simply to ex dividend, so adjust 0.74cents plus some value for franking.
