No, WBC wobbled quite badly during the recession we had to have in the 1990's and ANZ was at risk during the GFC, it was the taxpayer who bailed the large banks out. As to no further rots and things are different now, no one believes that for a nanno second, bad behaviour in in their DNA, and lower performance is not related but a cultural factor for these relics.
