Same here but to a lesser degree. Several years ago wife and I tried to open a WBC linked transaction account for our superannuation account. Would take several days just to summarise the debacle from start to finish. Like Telstra attempting to resolve their mistake at my expense was worse than the actual problem. WBC still a moribund, dated and serial underperformer. Wasn't that current CEO recruited to have WBC reborn into a modern banking institution, just look at the Board and squirm. Am sure there will be the customary banking sector supporters out there?
