Westpac itself admitted it broke the law for crying out loud, what more proof do you need?"
Can you show where Westpac has admitted it broke the law per the ASIC proceedings currently before the courts?
The latest update I've seen states that Wesptac is "considering its position".
Besides, I was not a part-owner of the company back in 2016 which is the timing of events contained in those ASIC proceedings, so that has no relevance to me as a shareholder today.
