A big thank you to the Westpac share trading staff and helpdesk.
I have spent hours on the line to various banks in the last two weeks and the quality and readiness of service at Wespac is at an astonishing high level compared to peers and this was evident in multiple calls to Westpac vs multiple calls to peers.
This can only come from a superior corporate culture. I was actually taken aback at the readiness and willingness to offer a solution vs peers who like to insulate themselves from pesky customers.
A key thing was actually being able to talk to someone in a relevant area vs a low level general call desk, but even they were better informed than at other banks.
Not every month you get to spend hours comparing QOS from all the big banks in Aus as well as going through the process for filling in and submitting similar forms for each.
Indications of some good management here despite this ASIC proceeding.
