Different circumstances, but pleasingly similar experiences. Went o/s for a couple of months and had a few things to tidy up that only a human could possibly help with. She was fabulous, couldn't be more helpful. And, have a local branch that I need to do some non-standard transactions with, as it's to do with a close relative's special disability trust. Nothing is ever a problem, and they are knowledgeable and courteous. So it's only bouquets to WBC from this little customer's experience.
