Wait til just before close of SPP and see where the SP is, and what has happened in the meantime. If SP stays around these levels you will be able to take up shares in the SPP at around $24.50. Yes, risks ahead but your average cost of buying will fall to around $27 which could be regained quickly if markets rebound and AUSTRAC issues settle down. Either you buy in for long run and get 6+% dividends or cut your losses .Depends on your risk appetite
