I am in awe at the number of breaches being claimed. How can this not have been evident to executives?
But then to only have civil proceedings towards the bank? So it's OK that they've probably facilitated the ongoing activities of criminal enterprises involved in child exploitation just so long as the government gets it's cut?
It's all too much I'm losing the faith here people. If these claims prove true there really should be criminal penalties for the employees involved.
