Be fair, this has more chance of working, surely. I have not checked the new numbers against my own situation yet.
At the moment, according to the ABS, building approvals are down- this would be keeping a lid somewhat on financials and real estate.
But we are about to further open to the world's huddling masses and surely this must be worth something to WBC who holds 20-25% market share of home loans? If they can only just get their act into gear.
Quietly bullish but keeping a lid on it.
