    I have read the document. I see that they did NOT change the date of eligible shares purchase to be allowed to participate. So, you can only tender the shares that you bought on or before 4th Nov. Of course, they don't know which share you bought after that date to the shares you bought on or before that date! So, they can only look at the number of shares you have on that date and use that number. This means you can buy the replacement shares now and expect to be able to offer all the shares you held on the 4th of Nov into the buyback. You cannot buy more shares now and expect to be able to sell these shares back to Westpac.
