I can see WBC approaching value level. Today's action shows the underlying bullishness as other banks dropped a lot more and WBC recovered fairly quickly. This means buyers are lurking. The shorts are giving up. We are heading to the pattern with higher highs and higher lows. It looks like we will see a slow climb from here with bumps along allowing people to enter and exit.
