Look at the actions on all 4 banks, they all start drifting up even when the world markets are so weak. WBC has been too kind to the shorts. It goes up so slowly allowing the shorts to get out. I still see short sales daily but it's way down in volume. They will have to cover soon to avoid getting fried. We are seeing a very long leg up from here. Hopefully, WBC will be back to around $24 by Feb when the buyback plan will finally start. At that level, it makes sense to participate.
