I really didnt make the effort to understand the buyback, I probably could have worked it out but really why make it complex. so yes the bod may have to be culled, but that too may look bad. They really need to steady the ship and create incremental growth, 4 to 5% would be ideal for next 24 mnths and no fines to regain SH confidence.
