Would not an executor advise a bank about a customer demise? A check box, customer dead or alive? Easier to account for than gender or whatever. A binary. No, not dead yet but he was coughing up blood last night- python reference.
How do you give advice without contacting someone? Mostly, people need to be alive to be contacted. Or, is it an automatic deduction that is just called 'advice' because it has to be called something?
